- Must demonstrate language competency through successful completion of appropriate language assessment. National medical interpreter certification preferred
- Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required.
- Superior bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 7 to 10 years of industry leadership experience required. Experience and use of technology.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, oral/written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills required.
- Must demonstrate capacity to be mobile across entire continuum of care throughout large, complex multi-state health system. Local and regional travel may be required as needed to effectively evaluate, implement, and monitor solutions.
