This is a full-time salaried position based in the Marietta office overseeing the payroll team.Duties and Responsibilities:· Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
· Updates payroll records by reviewing/approving/entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, garnishments, and other miscellaneous deductions, and job title and department/division/location changes and transfers.
· Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
· Facilitates audits by assisting with the compilation of records and documentation· Implements updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
· Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
· Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and interacting with HR.
· Assist with monthly, quarterly, or year-end calculations and reporting.
· Provides payroll information to employees by responding to queries.Andretti Indoor Karting & Games - Who we are

Experience with processing multi-faceted payrolls that include 1000+ Hourly, Salary, Part Time- and Full-Time employees
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient with payroll software
Eligible to work in the United States
At least 18 years of agePreferred and great to have:
· Center Edge platform experience a big plus
· Experience with Family Entertainment Center or Hospitality business operations
· Organizational skills to handle/process multiple projects/tasks
· Excellent EXCEL skills with advanced knowledge of spreadsheetsPhysical Requirements:
