Occasional evenings and weekends for events/projects
Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats
Pay Structure:
Develop a ministry partner team for financial and prayer support
Training provided for partner development
Pay range typically $25,709 to $80,000 after support development, based on experience

Responsibilities:Purdue West Lafayette is known as the top destination for STEM studies in the USA. Students from all over the world come to study with world-class professors. There are 9,000 international student at Purdue and many will become leaders in their industry fields and governments. Only three other universities in the USA have more international students than Purdue. The harvest is ripe for more international student ministries like IFI to serve students at Purdue University. This position is part of the West Lafayette ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.The West Lafayette Ministry Coordinator will:
Campus Ministry
Coordinate cultural activities and trips
Participate in an outreach activity such as Bible discussion or friendship partnership
Establish and maintain church partnerships
Recruit, match and support volunteers
Qualifications Needed:
Adherence to IFI's statement of faith and core values
Organization, attention to detail, and independence
Self-motivation and teamwork
Ability to work under stress and adaptability
Strong interpersonal and technology skills
Education/Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in education/ministry or relevant experience
Cross-cultural experience
