
Parts & Accessories Product Management Intern

- Support daily product management activities, including the creation of product collateral such as website content and sell sheets, SKU rationalization, sales reporting, and product assortment analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis across various product lines by evaluating the 5Ps: pricing, product, promotion, positioning, and placement in online markets.
- Perform market assessments to identify new growth opportunities and assist in business development initiatives.
- Maintain and update cross-reference lists, pricing data, and competitive positioning insights.
- Assist in updating product images and descriptions to help dealers and retail customers accurately identify and purchase Mercury and Quicksilver parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and dealers to support product-related initiatives.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor data to identify opportunities for product line enhancements.
- Review current product offerings and present recommendations for improvement in a final presentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining productive working relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis and management, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively
- Project management experience or skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (preferred)
- Ability to collect, analyze, and derive insights from market and consumer data
- Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or CPG in retail
- Mechanical and business aptitude and familiarity with the marine and/or powersports businesses is preferred
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality
- Hybrid; At least 3 days a week onsite in Fond du Lac, WI
