We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Sonographer to provide high-quality echocardiography and vascular ultrasound services across five primary care clinics in the greater Syracuse, NY area. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, no nights or weekends, and no on-call responsibilities. We also offer a comprehensive paid cross-training program for candidates interested in expanding their ultrasound skill set. A $10,000 signing bonus is available, along with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general, vascular, and echocardiography ultrasound procedures independently with remote support.
  • Complete preliminary reports for physician interpretation.
  • Assist patients throughout their visit, from check-in through exam completion, delivering white-glove service.
  • Participate in cross-training and continuing education to support a broad scope of ultrasound services.
  • Travel to assigned clinic locations during the workweek.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • Certification in one or more of the following:
  • Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS – RVT (VT), ARRT – RT (VS), or CCI – RVS
  • Echocardiography: ARDMS – RDCS or CCI – ACS or RCS
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in vascular and echocardiography procedures.
  • Willingness to participate in a 3-week, fully paid cross-training program in general ultrasound.
  • Ability to lift ultrasound equipment and assist patients as needed.
  • COVID-19 vaccination and booster (religious/medical exemptions considered).
