- Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows, conferences, symposia, and advisory boards, including booth design, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site support.
- Coordinate internal events such as global and regional sales meetings, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Manage and coordinate sales support programs with sales, marketing, procurement and finance
- Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to create impactful event experiences that showcase Balchem's ANH solutions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all event materials, signage, and presentations
- Support development of promotional campaigns and digital assets to drive event attendance and engagement
- Partner with sales, technical services, and product management teams to align event objectives with business priorities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and industry associations.
- Track event/program ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
- Provide post-event analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Event Execution
- 100% on-time delivery of event milestones (planning, logistics, execution).
- Maintain event budget within ±5% variance.
- Achieve targeted number of qualified leads per event (as defined by sales).
- Increase booth traffic and attendee engagement by 20% year-over-year.
- Achieve =90% satisfaction score from internal stakeholders and attendees (post-event survey).
- Demonstrate positive ROI for major trade shows and symposia (measured by leads, conversions, and brand exposure).
- Implement at least 2 new event marketing innovations or efficiency improvements annually.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years in trade show/event marketing, preferably in B2B or animal health/nutrition industries.
- Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
