Overview:BlueWater is looking for a VTC Analyst to support our customer at Arnold Air Force Base-Tullahoma, TN. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, schedule, operate and maintain the customer's VTC systems and network, coordinate connection with numerous sites.
  • Troubleshoot VTC networks.
  • Provide training on VTC systems.
  • Explain and demonstrate installation of VTC equipment to operators and following vendor manuals.
  • May coordinate the installation of VTC equipment and/or software.
Qualifications:
  • Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship is required.
  • CompTIA Security+ required within 6 months of the hire date.
  • Proficient in operation of various audiovisual components.
  • 3+ years of experience in operating, scheduling and maintaining conference and videoconferencing facilities.
