- Manage and maintain Revit models throughout project lifecycles, ensuring model integrity, file cleanliness, and performance optimization.
- Oversee and support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project environments.
- Perform regular model audits to identify and resolve errors, file bloat, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with BIM teams to implement and maintain company standards, templates, and workflows within Revit and ACC.
- Monitor and maintain file structures, permissions, and versioning within ACC to support project collaboration and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Revit models, linked files, worksets, and collaboration tools.
- Assist project teams with Revit file setup, including work-sharing, linking, and view templates.
- Support the integration of third-party tools, plugins, and workflows to enhance Revit/ACC efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance, archiving, and clean-up of BIM models and ACC project files.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that model requirements align with project scopes and deliverables.
- Provide technical support, training, and best practice guidance to project teams for Revit and ACC workflows.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide support for clash detection and model review processes as needed.
- Keep up to date with Autodesk software updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to improve BIM workflows.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain and foster proactive and positive relationships within the JH Kelly team, management, operations team, and the crafts, including shop and field craft personnel, safety, CAD/BIM, accounting IT, and all project teams.
- Associate degree in Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: Certifications or formal training in Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revit model management and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) administration.
- Proven experience performing Revit model maintenance, file audits, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting teams in collaborative BIM environments, including work-sharing and cloud-based workflows.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection workflows is a plus.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, with a strong understanding of worksets, linked models, and model optimization techniques.
- Experience working in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including model sharing, file versioning, and permissions management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to Revit model performance and ACC workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and provide clear technical support and guidance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for training, documentation, and technical support.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
