- Focus on utility scale BESS projects.
- Being a key player in the development of renewables throughout WECC!
- Supporting large-scale solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
- Working with internal teams during bidding, procurement, and subcontractor selection.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgeting, and cost control to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Ensure construction quality aligns with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Lead and coordinate project team meetings and regular progress reporting to senior leadership.
- Review and manage pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance.
- Analyze and compile financial performance through P&L oversight and cost-saving initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on lessons learned from past projects.
- Minimum three (3) year's experience in renewable energy development with exposure to early and late stages of the project life-cycle
- Direct experience with utility scale BESS projects preferred. Experience with solar or wind projects acceptable as well.
- Experience with SMEs on interconnection, M&A evaluations, and construction related approvals.
- Knowledge of governmental mandates, environmental regulations or customer/market signals that impact or facilitate new development of renewable projects
- Bachelor's degree is required
