  • Position: Medical Assistant/Patient Support Associate
  • Location: 21481 N Rand Rd. Kildeer, IL.
  • Full Time: 40 hours/week
  • Hours: Hours vary – Monday – Friday (7:45am – 5:00pm)
General Summary:Provide skilled front office and clinical support to the physician practice and serve as a liaison between the physician and patient to coordinate care. When required, provides direct patient care by working collaboratively with the care team. Functions as a member of the patient’s ambulatory care team while delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring patient safety, privacy and loyalty. Provide healthcare services under the direction of the Practice Manager and/or designee, and physicians in the NCH Medical Group.What you will need:
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
  • Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
