- oversee the successful operation of regional Dove Healthcare locations
- manage and lead industry best practice strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
- support leadership and employee development in providing exceptional quality care
- guide the development and implementation of long-term and short-term strategies
- pursue opportunities to enhance or add specialties that support Dove Healthcare initiatives
- coordinate and lead executive leadership meetings
- serve as interim administrator when needed
- current Wisconsin nursing home administrator license
- 5 years of previous post-acute and long-term care experience, with at least 3 years in a director of operations capacity
- comprehensive knowledge of post-acute and long-term care operations, including regulatory, finance, and human resources
- thorough knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulations
- evidence of leadership, creativity, integrity, and initiative
- effective problem solving and communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- travel throughout Wisconsin - regional oversite could include travel to Barron, Chippewa, Columbia, Douglas, Eau Claire, Grant, Polk, and/or Trempealeau counties
