  • Facilitate customer inspections of food production products, services, and facilities.
  • Lead the recruitment process of food production employees, providing training and orientation for new hires.
  • Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

  • Previous bakery experience is highly desired.
