- Generate leads and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with custom home builders, architects, and contractors.
- Educate clients on the company’s window and door products, focusing on styles, types, and market applications.
- Penetrate the architectural market and drive sales in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Leverage software tools such as MS Office Suite and Builder Trend for customer management and sales reporting.
- Develop strategic approaches to selling higher-end products in a competitive marketplace.
- Proven experience in construction supply sales, preferably windows and doors.
- Expertise in working with custom home builders and architects; ability to effectively call on and close deals with these professionals.
- Strong knowledge of the construction marketplace and supply chain processes.
- High-level sales experience in B2B environments; not focused on B2C.
- Familiarity with Builder Trend or similar CRM/sales software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in working independently to meet ambitious sales goals.
