Our client Amazon, in North Reading, MA is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Assembly and Logistics team within the general manufacturing team, responsible for building, automated testing, and packaging of Amazon products manufactured internally.Job Title: Material Handler/Assembler
Location: North Reading, MA
Pay Rate: $18.41
Schedule: Monday to Friday 2nd ShiftWhat's the Job?
  • Responsible for Robotics assembly, Material Handling, and product packaging.
  • Required to perform tasks to build electro-mechanical units utilizing industry best practices.
  • Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols.
  • Learning systems and tools for material management as well as coordinate methods of delivery with suppliers and customers.
  • Seeking out improvements in processes to continuously meet on time delivery of goods.
  • Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment & pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers (Highly preferred for forklift ability)
What's Needed?
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Read and follow English language instructions.
  • Able to work safely in structured manufacturing environments.
