ResponsibilitiesRole Summary and Background:
- Develop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase employee productivity using AI
- Collaborate with teams across the business to understand pain points and identify high-impact automation or process improvement opportunities
- Rapidly prototype small AI-enabled utilities or automations and deploy into production
- Review and collaborate with IT Leaders on AI architecture, libraries, or technologies
- Debug complex systems across frontend and backend services when AI cannot
- Act as a high-trust owner of systems that may handle sensitive data or business-critical logic
- Work cross-functionally to ensure tools are adopted and deliver value
- Stay up to date on the latest AI developments
- Evaluate machine learning processes
- Collect and analyze large amounts of data
- Collaborate with other team members to establish goals for AI processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI

- Work Environment: This is an in-office position with the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements once onboarded and trained. Our corporate office is located in the Buckhead/Midtown area of Atlanta (2170 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324). Must currently reside in the Atlanta metro area.
- 2 or 4-year degree in the field of information systems
- 2-5 years work experience
- Certifications in AI or other data related disciplines
- Exposure or experience creating LLM-backed tools involving prompt engineering and automated evals
- Exposure or experience in full-stack development with strong skills in Python, React and JavaScript
- Exposure or experience in LLMs and AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
