As an Online Personal Shopper, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive the freshest, highest-quality groceries—picked with care and ready for pickup. External Job Description:What You’ll Do:As an Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll:Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders. * Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must work in hot and cold environments

Work ScheduleThe Online Shopper is a part-time position (less than 28 hours per week) The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.This part-time Online Personal Shopper role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.   • Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
