
Security Professional - Armed Patrol Driver

- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the chemical and petrochemical location.
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
- Assist with emergency response drills and participate in training sessions relevant to the armed patrol post.
- Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding security-related concerns or incidents.
- Operate and maintain assigned security-related equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and site-specific guidelines.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Possess a valid TSA issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
- Possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by state and/or local regulations.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
- This position is primarily a driving post; a valid driver's license is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
