Shift(s) Available: Weekend shift with hours of 4:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Saturday-Wednesday

Principal Accountabilities
  • Promote a safe working environment
  • Owner in the ongoing Maintenance & Reliability process & embrace the needed change to improve
  • Promote proactive culture/environment
  • Meet daily to review workload
  • Use SAP correctly
  • Complete PM work orders & follow ups as needed
  • Make recommendations & suggestions to management for improvements
  • Follow all Cargill policies
  • PDM technologies (IR, UE, VA, OA)
  • Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, Electrical and mechanical functions.
  • Using predictive technologies (Ultrasound, Infrared Thermography, Vibration, MCE, Oil Analysis)
  • Advanced safety knowledge to include permit procedures, hazardous chemicals, and process safety Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and CMMS software
Required Qualifications
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • At least 10+ years’ industrial maintenance experience or a minimum 7 month technical training.
  • Experienced in the use of computers and a computerized maintenance management control system
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to use a VOM
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems
  • Ability to weld
  • Ability to perform basic fabrication (i.e. machine guards, rails, and stands)
  • Experience working in a food processing environment
  • Experience using a computer
