Clinician Adult/Outpatient$7,500 sign-on bonus$51,484 - $75,066 per yearPURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW FOR ADULT OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN:Provide mental health and addiction services to assist clients in identifying and attaining their stated goals.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis and treatment to individuals, groups and families.
Maintain client records.
Serve as liaison with outside services and referral sources.
Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIESMasters degree in behavioral health field with associate license required (LMSW, LMFTA or LPCA).Ability to work flexible schedule.Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.Good communication and documentation skills.Computer literacy.Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices.Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.Access to reliable transportation on a consistent basisBenefits for the positions include:
