This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and collaborate with a talented global team.What You'll Do:Software Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Node.js.
  • Implement and optimize data storage solutions using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and deploy applications on AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
Problem Solving & Optimization:
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of our services.
  • Identify and implement performance optimizations across the application stack.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support production systems.
Collaboration & Contribution:
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver impactful features.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design sessions.
AI-First Approach:
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Vercel's AI features, etc.) to increase personal coding efficiency and quality.
  • Explore opportunities to apply AI/ML techniques within the product or development process.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
What You'll Bring:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.Strong proficiency in Node.js and experience building RESTful APIs.Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services (e.g., compute, storage, databases, networking).Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Eagerness to adopt and utilize AI-powered developer tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
