- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for complex data analysis and visualization tools
- Work with development teams to build mock-ups of intuitive interfaces
- Ensure consistent look and feel across case management development teams
- Review user experience feedback and implement improvements
- Develop and maintain style guides and design systems
- Implement responsive designs based on current best practices
- Ensure 508 compliance for all user interfaces
- Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between UI and data services
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop user flows and journey maps to optimize the user experience
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Experience with SAFe Agile Framework and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of forensic and investigative application requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise applications
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- High School/Diploma with 11 years of experience, OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience, OR bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- HTML5/CSS3
