5 to 8 years of experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) Development
Strong understanding of business processes
Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to business rules management
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing business rules within an organization
Ability to work with business product owners to understand analytical needs and translate them into functional designs
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL T-SQL
Experience in managing production deployments and collaborating with business teams
Proficiency in Python for automating event processing and governance rule enforcement
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience collaborating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers
Experience ensuring compliance with laws and regulations through automation
Experience building and maintaining relationships across cross-functional teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design software solutions to address business needs
Write, test, and deploy software
Prepare technical and procedural documentation
Maintain and debug software
