- Expertly manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
- Manage and oversight all CONUS/OCONUS activities performed by program personnel, including subcontractors.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance for all BAE Systems and subcontractor personnel assigned to the Program.
- Assign tasking to personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall Program performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors to meet scope, schedule and cost requirements.
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution of the Program. Ensure timely, high quality delivery of all services and products to meet customer's mission.
- Conduct meetings and provide deliverables in accordance with the Government-approved delivery schedule.
- Expertly manage and mitigate risks, and plan to deliver opportunities.
- Be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, and be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual and programmatic issues. Conduct recurring PMRs with customers, and meet all CDRL deliverables requirements on time with high-quality reporting and products.
- An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- At least twelve (12) years of proven and demonstrated relevant experience in direct support of DoD and the IC, with a portion occuring within the past 2 years.
- Posses a Masters degreee (in a relevant major), or at least 17 years relevant experience without a Masters. However must still have a Bachelors degree with a relevant major.
- Posess at least five (5) years of experience with intelligence collection or analysis, open source/PIA/CIA collection, structured analytic techniques, social network theory, and operations security in the cyberspace domain or cybercrime, including experience teaching difficult concepts.
- Proven experience in leadership of complex tasks, including review of work products for correctness and compliance with industry best practices, DoD and IC standards.
- Proven experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the methodologies and approach for a project or program in a Defense acquisition environment.
- Proven experience in oversighting team(s) delivering tools, applications, technology, innovation, integration, operations & sustainment support to meet customer's evolving OSINT IT architecture environment and infrastructure needs.
- Technical certification preferred.
- Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302, CASO, Defense or IC equivalent (DIA OS1, FBI OS101)).
