We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Marketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, verify customer details, and provide outstanding customer service. This position is also known as Appointment Specialist, Call Center Representative, or Customer Service Representative, so if you’ve worked in any of these roles, you’ll feel right at home. Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage inbound calls in a professional mannerSchedule and confirm appointments in our CRM systemVerify and input customer information into our databaseProvide accurate details about products and servicesMeet or exceed performance goals (appointments set, call quality, etc.)Maintain a positive, customer-first approach with every interaction Qualifications:QualificationsOutgoing personality and strong communication skillsCustomer service, call center, or inside sales experience preferred (not required)Basic computer/data entry skillsAbility to work 5 days per week, including weekends.
