Be part of an extraordinary life!Richmond Place Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team!Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Plant Operations Technician: * Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures: light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs
  • Receive service requests and respond in a timely manner.
  • Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * Minimum one year experience in building maintenance.
  • High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience.
  • One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance.
