Proven experience in implementing and configuring Five9 solutions, including call flows, IVR, and skills-based routing
Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues
Expertise in platform optimization and enhancing end-user experiences
Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert for core and advanced Five9 platform features
Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of customer organizations
Experience in creating technical documentation and providing training
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with API integrations, particularly with platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow
Knowledge of CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) trends
Ability to recommend enhancements for improved collaboration and scalability
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Implement and configure Five9 solutions to meet client needs
Provide direct technical support and handle escalated inquiries
Collaborate with clients to optimize system performance
Build strong client relationships and communicate technical solutions effectively
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Provide training to internal teams and end-users on new features
