Directs activities of workers concerned with construction of commercial projects, including but not limited to schools, airports, mixed-use living spaces, and more.Nationwide GC with a major pipeline across the Southeast U.S.Traveling Superintendent Duties:
  • Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
  • Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
  • Maintain OSHA requirements
  • Mentor less experienced construction professionals
  • Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
  • Utilize Procore
  • Travel required

  • At least 10+ years of experience
  • Experience running your own projects
  • Experience in Ground up Construction
  • Work with projects over $20M
  • Good with technology

  • Long time General Contractor
