You tackle ductwork installations and address attic and vertical splits, using essential tools like refrigerant gauges and carbon monoxide detectors to ensure everything runs smoothly. Providing exceptional field service support, you address clients' needs with professionalism, replacing air filters, managing wiring, and ensuring their heating and cooling systems operate efficiently. Each day brings the satisfaction of solving complex problems and delivering reliable solutions, showcasing your dedication and skill in the HVAC industry.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
  • 2+ years of experience with a solid understanding of refrigeration function and theory
  • Type II EPA-certified and TDLR
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and essential testing equipment
  • Strong work ethic and professional customer service skills
  • Ability to use Housepro software
  • Ability to diagnose and replace HVAC-related components
  • Ability to coach and train an apprentice
