- Triage, assess, and treat patients across all age groups
- Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans
- Create and implement strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Florida RN license
- 1 year of ED experience
- Must have BLS and ACLS
- $15,000 (for nights) & $10,000 (for days) Sign-On Bonus

- 3 openings - Nights 7pm - 7am, 3x12s, rotating weekends (Shift differentials, Nights = $4.25 & Weekends = $3/h)
- 1 opening - Mixed (days/nights) 3pm - 3am, rotating weekends (Shift differentials, Nights = $4.25 & Weekends = $3/h)
- Critical Pay: $2.50/h shift differential
