- Additional support includes span time reduction identification as applicable, and ramping to rate evaluation and support.
- Significant coordination with other functional areas including Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Master Planning, Facilities, and more.
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence, author documents to provide direction per command media requirements. Position involves limited travel. Strong Microsoft suite skills are required.

- Production planning and scheduling experience
- Production process knowledge
- Excellent verbal/written communications, must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence
- Change Management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to travel to offsite locations local and out of state
- Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance, Interim clearance required to startDesired skills- Leadership Experience
