  • Additional support includes span time reduction identification as applicable, and ramping to rate evaluation and support.
  • Significant coordination with other functional areas including Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Master Planning, Facilities, and more.
Responsibilities include leading meetings, identifying opportunities for savings and overall product improvement, program schedule planning, manpower planning, hardware support, scheduling, and lean initiatives.
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence, author documents to provide direction per command media requirements. Position involves limited travel. Strong Microsoft suite skills are required.

This position is in Palmdale, CABasic Qualifications- Experienced Facilitator of Kaizens, Workshops, and other Continuous Improvement style events
- Production planning and scheduling experience
- Production process knowledge
- Excellent verbal/written communications, must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence
- Change Management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to travel to offsite locations local and out of state
- Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance, Interim clearance required to startDesired skills- Leadership Experience
- Project management
- Production System Integration Background
- Experience with various program lifecycle phases
- Ability to interface with customer teams
- Lean Black Belt/Master Black Belt trained
- Familiar with business operations and EAC creation/updates
- Experience with Tableau, VDB, Minitab and Flow software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain multiple projects
