Position Overview
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from on-boarding through ongoing engagement. Your focus will be to build strong, trust-based relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and help drive long-term success using our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client information and interactions within our CRM for optimal organization and serviceConduct ongoing follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionMaintain consistent communication using digital toolsDevelop and implement online marketing strategies to enhance brand presenceDrive lead generation to expand client baseParticipate in professional development and mindset trainingCommunicate professionally with prospective clients to build strong relationshipsAttend virtual team leadership sessionsSet and manage self-directed goals in alignment with our missionSkills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field
Strong background in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (3+ years preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM platforms and modern tech tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
