- Prospect, develop and close new business with new and existing customers.
- Acquisition of new projects
- Making offers to the client.
- Maintaining and building a good relationship with the different customers to ensure future expansions.
- Management of all issues related to his material group, during the series and project phases of all customer products.
- Regularly travel to perform customer consultations to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals
- Maintain involvement on turnkey projects, demonstrations, and other related customer projects to meet deadlines and budgets
- Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines presented by the company
- Development and solution of special issues
- Customer satisfaction
- Managing of all commercial topics
- Quote sample parts for customer analysis
- Quote engineering changes
- Discuss commercial issues with customer
- Quoting CKD and spare parts
- Perform Overviews of your material group
- Kick-off of new projects
- Customer meetings
- Price reconciliation
- Negotiating new projects
- Active participation in phase 0 of new projects.
- Follow-up of customer payments
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree In Industrial Engineering Or related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Co-Op/ internship and/ or up to 2 years' professional experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering
- Reliable technical background

- Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Trading or related Technical or Economical Background

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as experience in using CRM software.
- 1 year in negotiation and direct customer service
- 2 years Automotive Industry
- Previous outside sales experience with manufactured equipment is preferred

- Mechanical/technical aptitude preferred
- Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.

- Schedule: Day Shift
- Weekly Overtime: As needed.
- Weekend Work: As needed.
