As part of a mission-driven, nonprofit organization deeply embedded in the ag retail landscape, your work will influence how thousands of agricultural businesses and professionals stay safe and compliant. Within your first 90 days, you'll build relationships with key industry stakeholders, begin contributing to national safety conversations, and help shape a new EHS resource in development. By six months, you'll be leading forums, advising on regulatory changes, and serving as a trusted voice in shaping how compliance is understood and applied across the industry. In this high-impact role, you will:
- Lead the Conversation
- Represent the Asmark Institute as a thought leader and trusted resource within the agricultural retail industry as a speaker, panelist, and go-to resource.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and EHS professionals across the nation
- Drive Innovation
- Collaborate with our internal teams to advance the development of tools, training, and compliance resources that ag retailers use every day.
- Provide strategic guidance on regulatory content and contribute to the design of real-world safety tools that support industry needs.
- Support EHS Leaders
- Serve as a strategic advisor and sounding board to safety and compliance leaders across the country.
- Host and facilitate roundtables, forums, and peer networks that foster ongoing dialogue and collaboration.
- Stay Ahead of What's Coming
- Monitor developments from OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory bodies.
- Translate policy updates into practical insights to help ag retailers understand and anticipate compliance changes.
