- Identify and target potential customers in the food processing industry.
- Promote and sell our technical services and products, including maintenance, repair, calibration, support and consumables.
- Expert knowledge in process controls including; PLC’s, Embedded Controllers and Electronic Measuring device
- Understanding of food processing equipment for shelf-stable and extended shelf life products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven track record in technical services sales, preferably in the food processing industry.
- Strong technical background and understanding of food processing equipment and systems.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a successful history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
