- Developing and implementing business architectures to support the quality digital transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Providing technical leadership and project management expertise to cross-functional teams, guiding the development and implementation of digital solutions to improve quality processes and systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans and schedules.
- Designing and implementing solutions to complex technical problems, ensuring imaginative, thorough, and practicable approaches that meet organizational objectives.
- Representing the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects, interacting frequently with inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college (Industrial, Manufacturing , Aeronautical, Systems, etc.) with 14 years or more of professional experience.
- Experienced with Process Architecture and Mining tools
- Experienced in Business Capability Modeling
- Executive Level Communications Skills
- Strong Project Management
- Experience with Quality Sciences and Processes
- Familiarity with Business Systems like PLM, MES and ERP
