You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing damage, cleaning, demolition, and prepping for construction. Benefits Of This Position: • Market competitive wages with ongoing eligibility for increases and promotions • Learn an industry that will benefit you for years to come • Steady, full-time work - we don't have a "slow" season • Health, dental, and life insurance after 60 days • Cell phone allowance (monthly) • Tool allowance (at 6 months and yearly after that) • Operate company vehicles • Uniforms provided • After-hours bonuses • Profit sharing bonuses 2x per year* • 3% contribution to 401k yearly after 1 year anniversary • Sam's Club membership • Off-site team events • Summer BBQ's • Be part of a team that values each individual's skills and experience *When company goals are met Responsibilities: • Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage • Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials • Repair and restore the structure • Clean and store salvageable belongings and property • Deodorize and sanitize indoor space Qualifications: • Physical fitness and stamina is required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs • Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environments • Comfortable with using power and hand tools • IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) required, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred • MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills • Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule • Empathy and compassion • Willing to learn new things every day • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience and certifications are a plus!
