
Manufacturing Technician C

- Manufactures electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including circuit cards, cable/harnesses, and various other electronic products while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications.
- Ability in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including component level soldering, torque tools, and ESD practices.
- Sets up a variety of manufacturing apparatus, and completes assembly following methods, procedures, standards, and operations sequences.
- Ability to work from both oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
- Able to work in both team and individual contributor roles, with minimal supervision.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities in both test and manufacturing.
- Support OT (nights, weekends, extended hours) as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite and personal computing devises.
- Proficient in component level soldering.
- Knowledge performing functional testing of electromechanical assemblies.
- Active/Current IPC/J-STD certification.
