Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All Production and Assembly are offered competitive compensation of $19.90 - $20.15 per hour for Production & Assembly. Generous referral and attendance bonuses!
We are looking for candidates with open availability and the ability to work up to 12 hours shifts. Shifts can be as early as 2AM, with a 5 – 7 day work week.
Other Job Duties

- To follow Company policies and display conduct
- Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures
- Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by the Team Leader.
- Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction.
- May generate special or hazardous wastes in the course of their duties and follow all work instructions that explain the handling of special and hazardous wastes.
- Maintain a clean work area and report any malfunctioning equipment
- Perform assemblies and other job functions per work guidance sheets.
- Return all tools to proper storage area at the end of the shift.
- Record and report all data required to maintain daily production records
- Direct all non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production Team Leader.
