Experience: No Experience Needed for some roles - Comprehensive On-the-Job TrainingResponsibilities: Setup, operate, and troubleshoot manual grinding and/or CNC grinding equipment to produce top-notch medical parts.Machine Operator Job Duties:
CNC Programming: Understand basic CNC programming to utilize existing programs for setting up production runs and make modifications if necessary.Data Entry: Perform basic data entry functions to ensure smooth operations.
Grinding Operations: Operate manual tool grinders, disk grinders, and centerless grinders with precision.Quality Control: Utilize measuring equipment to inspect the produced product, ensuring accurate diameter.Qualifications:*Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
*Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
*Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Who makes a good Machine Operator?
- Able to read, write and perform basic mathematical functions
- Mechanically inclined, preferred
- Perform basic computer skills and the ability to operate in a Windows and non-Windows format
- Ability to establish and maintain a professional and effective working relationship with co-workers and other employees at all levels in the organization
- Effective written and / or oral communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and with multiple tasks
- Ability to work within an atmosphere of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Quality-oriented with attention to details
- Familiarity with LEAN principles and waste elimination is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age
- Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of criminal background investigations as well as passing a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen
