  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the studio to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Support the Studio Manager with the implementation of marketing campaigns, outreach events, and social media initiatives.
  • Help lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed membership goals and KPIs.
  • Help manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.
  • Step in as a leader when the Studio Manager is absent, managing operations and supporting the team.
  • Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude, setting a high standard for staff behavior and performance.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting and member communications.
Are You Qualified?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment (preferred)
  • Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with social media and creative programs like Canva, etc. (preferred)
