- You will be responsible for anticipating the cardiologist needs in cardiac Cath Lab procedures
- You will be responsible for accurate data entry, actively participates in process improvement for data entry
- You will, systematically and continually assess the health and status of the patient, assuring the applications of age specific standard and relays pertinent information to the other team members. Identifies and institutes emergency measures when necessary.
- In collaboration with the patient, family, physician and other team members, develops and implements patient care plans to include problems, goals, evaluations and interventions with regard to the developmental, cultural, and age specific differences.
- Knowledge of all Cardiac Cath Lab procedures
- Orders supplies, monitors quality assurance projects
- Willing to accept added responsibilities such as daily charger person
- Works effectively with students as appropriate.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or (RCES) Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist
- Four (4) years experience required in Electrophysiology Lab and/or direct EP related industry knowledge of Cath Lab procedures and EP Lab procedures
