- Lead a data-and risk-driven process to discover, create and execute new cross-functional projects across the business as we find opportunities to dig further into business results .
- Lead task and provide team guidance in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, department and team metrics .
- Define new business processes and execute recommended improvements that withstand the variability inherent to the business.
- Drives issue resolution cross-functionality through effective communication to partners and leadership.
- Design reporting and metrics; build and deliver recommendations that drive resolution while maintaining a bottom-line orientation.
- 3-5+ years in business / finance / accounting field; 2+ years leading teams and cross-functional projects.
- Prior enterprise/Corporate FP&A/Corporate Development/Investment Banking in an e-commerce or retail setting, including developing business revenue and expense projections and consolidation of large / complex financial models.
- Experience with data visualization and data aggregation tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL experience a plus.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading projects; experience managing teams preferred.
- Experience leading a team effectively and strategically; ability to motivate the team towards common goals; get work done through others; create a healthy and sustainable culture.
