Overview:The successful applicant will help keep campus grounds in neat and orderly condition by performing assigned duties. Responsibilities:
  • Operate large power lawn mowers, edger, hand tools, and vehicles associated with grounds maintenance and landscaping activities.
  • Operate and maintain water sprinkler systems and time clocks.
  • Maintain landscape and flower areas, remove debris from stairs and sidewalks, rake leaves, and keep parking lots clean of garbage.
  • General Maintenance on equipment.
  • Will work with the Facilities Maintenance Crew on preventative maintenance and work orders.
  • On occasion on call will be required for snow plow removal and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
