You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals for candidates, conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $110,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.Why Michels?

What it takes:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience or combination of both
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
