Think, try, and thrive with us in collaborative work environments that spark game-changing concepts.Job Overview:Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Intern provides the best possible support by assisting with all aspects of quality, production and helping to ensure that the department runs smoothly.Responsibilities:
  • Improve quality by supporting the problem solving process and work hand in hand with the failure analyzing team
  • Perform root cause analysis and statistics
  • Participation and documentation of shop floor and project meetings
  • Tracking internal quality regarding Q-Release and failure management
Support the audit activities and audit preparationSupport Quality Engineers by inspecting material for the release (PPAP) of partsDaily tracking of production and supplier claimsMaintain ISO 14001:2015 systemsConduct environmental inspections and samplingsOrganization and moderation of the Q-Controlling committee called Quality-ForumAssist where needed by the department or other areasQualifications
  • This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma. Having participated within the past 12 months or currently working towards a 2 or 4 year degree is required to participate in the intern program.
  • Public speaking and strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Desire to continuously improve environmental programs
  • Strong science and math background
  • Interest or experience in environmental management and sustainability
  • Interest in biodiversity
