The ideal Interiors Superintendent brings extensive experience managing interior construction and renovation projects within the healthcare, higher education, and/or religious sectors.   • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including reviewing invoices, change orders, and procurement.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues or delays.
