Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Salary: $30-35/hrResponsibilities:
- Implement and maintain HSE systems ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
- Lead the planning and execution of ISO 45001 certification processes.
- Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
- Develop and manage employee HSE training matrices, ensuring mandatory safety training is completed and documented.
- Prepare, review, and investigate incident reports, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for all HSE documentation.
- Regularly update the risk register and communicate relevant information promptly.
- Promote incident reporting and ensure thorough investigations of accidents, near misses, and incidents.
- Help the company maintain ISO 9001 by conducting internal audit and maintaining QMS up to date.
- Lead the NCR process.
- Ensure all equipment are calibrated.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Understanding labor law, social regulations, and environmental codes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience with ISO 45001 certification processes.
- Knowledge of safety management systems, risk analysis, PPE, and hazard identification
- Strong knowledge of local HSE legislation and standards
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to educate and raise awareness among staff
- Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills
- Ability to conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments effectively
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
