Home Health Clinical Manager Assistant – Dependable Home HealthThe Home Health Clinical Manager Assistant supports the daily administrative and clinical operations of the home health program in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. This role involves coordinating staff schedules, monitoring documentation and clinical productivity, participating in daily stand-up calls, and tracking quality metrics.The Clinical Manager Assistant ensures that home health services are effectively coordinated, compliant with all regulations, and meet the highest standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities:Work under the direction of the Clinical Manager to coordinate daily administrative and clinical functions for home health services while maintaining ethical and professional conductMonitor quality components of home health services, including documentation completion, scheduling, visit frequencies, and complaint trackingAssist with data collection, reporting, and quality improvement initiativesSupport retention, orientation, and training of clinical staffCollaborate with the Clinical Manager on on-call, weekend, and per diem staffing schedulesAccurately document clinical and administrative activitiesTrack and report incidents and medication errors to leadershipMaintain patient confidentiality in compliance with state and federal regulationsEnsure compliance with home health protocols and recommend improvements as neededAdhere to Dependable Home Health policies, procedures, and productivity standardsDemonstrate professional values, positive communication, and respectful interactions with patients, families, and team membersQualifications:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license requiredTwo years of home health or hospice experience as an LPN strongly preferredPrior supervisory experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team membersProfessional demeanor and ability to work with diverse populationsJoin Our TeamIf you are an organized, detail-oriented healthcare professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply.
