You will be part of a team working in the field of robotics and automation. You will deliver creative solutions to aerospace's toughest problems.Your working environment:Mukilteo is a waterfront community situated on Puget Sound, about 25 miles north of Seattle.   • Proactively manage the executive’s inbox, and fluctuating calendars due to competing priorities and arrange detailed travel logistics.
  • Oversee organization and preparation of materials for executive presentations, meetings, and special projects.
  • Manages requests from multiple sources and prioritizes competing priorities through effective prioritization and time management.
  • Represent senior leadership by serving as a liaison to internal and external clients and following up with clients when appropriate.
  • Manage expense reconciliation for assigned executives.
  • Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, under pressure at times, handling a wide variety of activities and confidentiality with discretion.
  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Demonstrate high attention to detail and flawless execution.
Your boarding pass:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience required, preferably in an executive support role.
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:Required
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility; ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to own and drive project schedules from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint); advanced skills preferred.
  • Candidate should demonstrate progressively responsible administrative/project coordination for a large, complex organization and supporting C-suite executives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and high customer service capabilities and delivery
