Lumber Estimator – Residential & Light CommercialJoin a respected industry leader specializing in structural framing packages for residential and light commercial projects. We’re seeking an experienced Lumber Estimator with a strong background in detailed take-offs for framing lumber, sheathing, and related materials.What You’ll Do:
  • Perform accurate material take-offs from architectural & structural drawings
  • Work with procurement to finalize costs and competitive bids
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and field teams for accuracy & delivery
  • Use estimating software (PlanSwift, Trade Tek, or similar)
  • Maintain organized records of estimates and bids
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years estimating framing packages for residential or light commercial construction
  • Ability to read and interpret plans & drawings
  • Knowledge of wood construction methods and codes
  • Strong math, organization, and communication skills
Schedule & Benefits:
